The app will offer two subscription products to analyze and compare Consensus ESG scores. The Base CSRHub product provides an overall rating and ratings for four ESG categories: Environment, Community, Governance and Employees. The Advanced CSRHub subscription will allow CRM users to see the following 12 subcategory scores: Community Development & Philanthropy, Product, Human Rights and Supply Chain, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity and Labor Rights, Training, Health and Safety, Energy and Climate Change, Environmental Policy and Reporting, Resources Management, Board, Leadership Ethics and Transparency.
Having CSRHub’s ESG data available through the Rhetorik app will enable the users of Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics to create more sustainable business results with easy to access ESG information. While lead scoring, CRM users will now be able to view and use the ESG ratings of their current and prospective clients and customers. They can also score their suppliers, if they use CRMs in this part of their business process. The easily accessible data supports their ability to quickly determine the ESG profile of their customers for insight and upselling. The app makes it simple to select and improve the ESG parameters that are important to organizations and their customers, as well as compare and rate suppliers’ ESG scores. CSRHub’s comprehensive ESG data covers 50,000 companies and is updated monthly.
